很多人选择atom编辑器的原因可能像我一样，被下面这张图诱惑了。
这种粒子+抖动效果是用activate-power-mode插件实现的，简直就是装逼神器。
有开发者将此插件移植到了webstorm中。
安装和配置方法如下：
1、去webstorm插件中心下载activate-power-mode插件安装包：https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/8330-activate-power-mode
2、选择webstorm菜单栏中的 File->Settings ，然后找到Setting界面中的 Plugins->install plugin from disk ，然后选择下载好的插件包就行了。安装完毕后重启webstorm，大功告成。
3、该插件虽然炫酷，但抖动效果看久了容易造成疲劳甚至眩晕，可以依次找到webstorm菜单栏中的 windows->activate-power-mode 选项，将该选项下的 shake 取消勾选即可。
PS：本方法同样适用于phpstorm安装和设置activate-power-mode插件。
